Most foam suppliers that sell small quantities of foam for individual cushions only carry polyurethane foams up to 3.0 density.
You can try:
All of the companies I know who supply foams with densities higher than 3.0 sell only in wholesale (or larger) quantities. These foams are typically used only for heavy duty commercial or institutional applications.
