Wow Jeff! I don’t know if you believe in God and prayer but I feel like you have just been an answer to prayer! I have been looking so hard for sofas and since we are new in our area it’s been tough to know where to look. And then we find what we like but don’t feel good about the lack of guarantees, and help should something go wrong. Plus I didn’t know if they were quality sofas. Who wants to spend thousands of dollars only to have it fall apart or have issues!

Hey Jeff! The new couch looks and feels amazing. 

I see why you recommend Dreamsofa so highly. I went with the Alton with Avenger Beach fabric (100,000 double rubs) and “The wave” cushions. Your readers should know that Dreamsofa was a pleasure to work with throughout the sales and delivery process.  

Throughout my many phone calls and emails, Dream Sofa came across as a very small, family owned company in the way they handled communications with me as I considered over 20 or so fabric options, sofas, and cushion options. Marissa was so patient as I called and caught her off guard a couple times, I assumed she made a commission. She was consultative, professional and informative so I wanted to place my order through her, but she informed me there is no commission and to just place my order online. Ryan was quick to respond and gave me so much of his time he deserves a tip as well, I just hope they can maintain that level of customer service as they grow, because it really sets them apart and made me feel important.  

The sofa has only been here for about 15 minutes, but so far, the craftsmanship and materials are top notch and I am very pleased. If anyone asks, I’ll be sending them to Dreamsofa!

I’ve found buying a reclining sofa to be basically the hardest consumer purchase I’ve ever had to deal with.

Jeff, We took your advice and purchased two Hydeline Venice Power Headrest Zero Gravity Reclining Sofas. We loved the sofas, but in one of our cup holders (hidden in the couch’s arm when not in use) the stitching was off-centered. Within 2 days of delivery we noticed this and emailed Hydeline a picture and they offered a discount immediately off the one sofa.

As for my husband who is 6’-6”, he enjoys the sofas and finds them to be quite comfortable and long enough for his stature. We went to many furniture stores, and I did a lot of research, but was uncertain what to get. He is over 300 lbs. We saved up for over 2 years to purchase these two couches.

Jeff’, your knowledge was much more extensive than the research I did on my own. I would never have considered Hydeline without your recommendation and experience. When you’re a larger person you know how fast furniture can wear out, but salespeople and websites never seem to address that issue.
